| Here I will teach you how to have your own image as a graffiti tag on counter strike 1.6 or cz Step1: Download Step2: open hl tag converter and click on " open image ” and then choose the image you want Step3: click on " adjust image ” and then on " apply changes and convert to 256 colors ” Step4: click on " save tag ” and then in " Export to WAD file ” and click ok .
